Brothers from Central Oklahoma Attend The LeaderShape Institute

Leadership is defined as β€œthe action of leading a group of people or an organization.” Leadership is one of the Six Principles, and it is something that Sigma Tau Gamma seeks to instill in each of its members. Sig Tau develops and encourages leaders throughout lifelong membership, from undergraduates to alumni. Sig Tau encourages its members to challenge themselves and their brothers and to lead with integrity. Not only does Sig Tau offer leadership and educational programming throughout the year, but undergraduates are also exposed to the limitless leadership opportunities within their communities.

Recently, members of the Beta Zeta Chapter at the University of Central Oklahoma had the pleasure to attend The LeaderShape Institute at UCO. Eight brothers had the chance to learn more about themselves, each other, and the type of leader they strive to be.

The LeaderShape Institute is a six-day program that challenges participants to lead with integrity and work towards a vision that is rooted in their values. Participants explore not only what they want to do, but who they want to be.

The Brothers of the Beta Zeta Chapter who attended will be able to take what they have learned and discovered at the institute and bring it back to their chapter and campus community. Thank you, gentlemen for being leaders of our organization, and leaders in your community!
