GRAND CONCLAVE PHOENIX – JUNE 28 – 30, 2018
Please remember that you are representing Sigma Tau Gamma and your chapter/university while at the resort. Please wear clothing that is appropriate in front of families while in the hotel and while at the pool.
Here are some general guidelines for attire during Grand Conclave:

- Lapel Pins, Medallions, Medals
- Bathing Suit
- Spending Money for the Sig Tau Marketplace
The Opening Session and the Chain of Honor Awards Gala are coat and tie. During all other House of Delegates Sessions business casual is acceptable attire, however a collared shirt, dress slacks or khakis, and closed-toe shoes are required for entrance into the House of Delegates.
TRAVEL ON THURSDAY
While you are traveling to Phoenix you are welcome to wear appropriate attire that represents the university that you currently attend or called home when you were an undergraduate. Please review the Gentlemen/Delegates section above for what to wear when you arrive to the resort.
For the 98th Founders Day Dinner, you are welcome to wear shorts and a collared shirt/polo. The event will likely be inside/outside, so please dress comfortably.
If you are going to the pool, towels are provided at the pool, so you do not need to bring a towel from your room. Please wear a shirt until you get to the pool and then again when you return to your room.
After the Housing of Delegates Closing Ceremonies, you are welcome to change into resort casual for the remainder of the evening.
After the last educational session has ended you are welcome to change into resort casual for the remainder of the afternoon.
For the Chain of Honor Awards Gala, a coat, and tie. Please wear dress slacks, a dress shirt, tie, appropriate dress socks, and a belt that matches your dress shoes. Ladies, attire that you would wear to a summer indoor wedding would be appropriate.
