INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA – Recruitment & Growth Coordinator, Josh Marshall, Central Missouri, has departed the Sigma Tau Gamma Headquarters Staff to pursue a sales position at Home Advisor in Denver, Colorado.

Marshall has been a part of the Sig Tau Staff for almost three years. He began his tenure at HQ in 2015 as a summer intern. He then transitioned roles and became a part-time Recruitment & Growth Coordinator during the academic year assisting with expansion prospecting. Upon graduating from the University of Central Missouri with an economics degree in December 2016, Marshall spent some time in sales and marketing. A little over a year later, Marshall rejoined Staff in September 2017 as a full-time Recruitment & Growth Coordinator, recruiting undergraduate men at Iowa State, Wayne State, and Colorado Boulder.

Marshall thrived meeting new people in new environments while teaching them what it meant to be a brother of Sig Tau. His keen ability to promote the brotherhood while attracting men to join, even those who never thought they would be a member of a Greek organization, was just one of the qualities he brought to the position.

“Sig Tau Staff has always felt like a family to me, so I’m definitely going to miss it. I grew so much professionally and personally from my time on staff. I am proud to have impacted ten different expansions during my time on staff, doing everything ranging from expansion planning with universities to recruiting Founding Fathers on campus. I know my time with Sig Tau has not come to a close, and I plan to be involved as an alumnus in the future.”

“Josh was able to make a tremendous impact; assisting with two expansions during the fall semester, while coaching and mentoring our newest Associate Chapter at Colorado Boulder,”  Director of Collegiate Services, Adam Kowalski said. “The organization is indebted to Josh for his service. The HQ Staff will certainly miss his personality and excitement.”

“I first met Josh while he was serving as the Alpha Chapter President. It has been great to have him on the HQ team in a number of different roles these past three years,” said CEO Steve Latour. “I will miss his enthusiasm around the office and look forward to seeing him continue to succeed professionally.”

Josh’s last day was May 31, 2018.
