REGISTRATION PRICING & PACKAGES
JUNE 27 – 30, 2019
Registration Fees include all meals (Chapter Recognition dinner on Thursday, Friday breakfast, lunch, and Founders Day dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch, and Chain of Honor Awards Gala dinner), hotel, all program materials, and t-shirt.
Undergraduate Early Bird Registration (January 25 – March 15)
1 Person per Room – $450 per person
2 People per Room – $350 per person
3 People per Room – $300 per person
4 People per Room – $250 per person
Undergraduate Regular Registration (March 16 – May 20)
1 Person per Room – $500 per person
2 People per Room – $400 per person
3 People per Room – $350 per person
4 People per Room – $300 per person
On-Site registration will not be available. Everyone must register in advance.
Chapters may register members for Endeavor Atlanta by completing the undergraduate registration form. Payment is due in full by June 1.
Once a complete and accurate form is received, HQ Staff will:
- Register members for Endeavor Atlanta
- Create hotel reservations for registered members
- Bill the chapter for the appropriate registration fees
- Send each registered individual a registration confirmation email
If you must cancel your registration, you can do so by May 20 to receive a 75% refund on any fees you paid. If you cancel your registration after May 20, your fees are non-refundable. To cancel a registration, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations will only be accepted via email.
If you are no longer able to attend and wish to send someone else in your chapter as a replacement, you may submit that request using the undergraduate replacement registration form. Replacement submissions will be assessed through May 20. No replacements will be accepted after May 20, and any submitted will be considered a cancellation.
