All attendees (or chapters) are responsible for providing their transportation to and from Grand Conclave Kansas City.
Kansas City International Airport (MCI) is located 18 miles from the hotel, depending on your mode of transportation. When booking flights, plan to arrive no later than 2:00 PM EST on Thursday, June 25.
The average cost of an Uber/Lyft from Kansas City International Airport to the Kansas City Marriott Downtown is between $27 – $35.
On-site parking is available at the hotel for $20 per day for self-parking and $26 per day for valet parking.

Undergraduate members from the same chapter will be placed in the same hotel room. Depending on how many undergraduates register from each chapter, you will either share a room with two, three, or four people. If there is an undergraduate who registered and will be the only undergraduate member attending from the chapter, then they will be placed with another undergraduate from a different chapter.
Alumni/Friends of Sig Tau
Alumni members and Friends of Sig Tau will be making their own hotel reservations. Sigma Tau Gamma Headquarters has secured a discount for the duration of your stay during Grand Conclave Kansas City.
