UNDERGRADUATE REGISTRATION OPTIONS
Chapter Delegate $400
A chapter delegate will serve as a voting member on behalf of their chapter during the House of Delegates at Grand Conclave Kansas City and the Centennial Celebration. Chapters having a total initiated college membership on April 15 of the school year of thirty-nine (39) or fewer members shall be entitled to two (2) delegates, and forty (40) or more members shall be entitled to three (3) delegates.
Undergraduate Workshop Participant $400
An undergraduate participant will attend various leadership and educational workshops during Grand Conclave Kansas City and the Centennial Celebration.

Chapter Fund Reports were distributed at Webb Academy 2019 and have also been emailed to Executive Cabinet members. If you want to apply to use your Chapter Fund for the Centennial you can apply below.
Please note: Grants from your Chapter Fund will be applied as reimbursement of program registration fees. Grants may be used for travel but not incidental expenses during the program. Grant dollars will be forfeited if registered attendees do not show up for the program or leave early.
Don’t forget to begin inquiring now with your university’s Student Government Association, Greek Life Council, etc. about leadership funds that may be available to support sending your chapter to the Centennial Celebration at Grand Conclave Kansas City.
When chapters are registering, there are options to add hot breakfast buffets on June 26 and June 27, as well as additional time at the World War I Memorial and Museum on Sunday, June 28 at an extra cost. For both undergraduate options, hotel accommodations are included for the duration of Grand Conclave Kansas City from June 25 – 28, 2020.
Registration closes May 22, 2020.
If you must cancel your registration, you can do so and receive a 100% refund on registration fees if you cancel by June 1. If you cancel your registration after June 1, your fees are non-refundable. To cancel a registration, please send an email to email@example.com. Cancellations will only be accepted via email. All undergraduate registration fees are billed to the chapter’s account via OmegaFi Vault.
If you are no longer able to attend and wish to send someone else in your place, you may submit that replacement through May 31. After May 31, we cannot accommodate a replacement registration and must cancel your registration without refund. To modify a registration, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Changes will only be accepted via email.
All conference registration fees are billed to the chapter’s account via OmegaFi Vault. Directors of finance & operations are responsible for billing individual members for conference registration fees at their discretion. All National Dues & Fees, including conference registration fees, are due by May 31. Conference registration fees not paid by May 31 are subject to a $50 late payment fee.
