Program check-in is from 10:00 AM– 3:00 PM on Friday, January 11, 2019. The program will begin at 3:30 PM and will end at 12:30 PM on Sunday, January 13, 2019. It is expected that all attendees are present for the entire program.

If your chapter has a property managed by WPN, your first session will begin at 2:30 PM on Friday, January 11. 

If attendees decide to fly to the program, they should plan to arrive at Indianapolis International Airport no later than 1:00 PM on Friday, January 11, 2019, and plan to depart no earlier than 3:00 PM on Sunday, January 13, 2019.

We strongly recommend that chapters book their flights by Friday, December 21st, 2018.

Substitutions and No-Show Policy

For Chapter Presidents, Directors of Recruitment, Directors of Member & Community Engagement, and Directors of Finance & Operations, attendance at Webb Academy is a requirement of the position.

In consideration of the incredible time, talent, and treasure invested in the Earl A. Webb Academy of Leadership by Fraternity Staff and Volunteers, failure to attend the full program will result in a No-Show Fee of $140 per person billed to the chapter’s account by Headquarters. The No-Show Fee is calculated by taking the actual cost of participation per person ($220) and subtracting the per person Webb Academy Fee already paid by the chapter ($80).

The experience and knowledge gained by attending Webb Academy cannot be replaced or transferred to another person. Each track is built specifically for the officer required to attend. Therefore, no substitutions or replacements will be accepted. If an officer is unable to attend Webb Academy, the chapter will be assessed the $140 No-Show Fee. If an entire chapter fails to attend Webb Academy, the chapter will be charged $420 in No-Show Fees.

We understand that extenuating circumstances happen, and this can affect attendance for some students. Although Webb Academy dates have been public information for six months, if you feel you have a reasonable request for exemption from Webb Academy, please contact Ben Nelson immediately at 317-644-1920 or bnelson@sigtau.org.

Registration includes two nights in the Sheraton hotel, five meals, breaks, and participant materials.
