Undergraduate Attendee Information

Attendee & Travel Information

All chapters should arrive at the hotel no later than 3:45 PM on Friday, January 9, 2020. Chapters should depart the hotel no later than 12:00 PM on Sunday, January 10, 2020.

If flying, chapters should submit their travel information no later than Friday, December 20, 2020. Airport transportation will not be provided. An Uber or Lyft from the airport to the hotel ranges on average between $35 – $45.

Any dietary needs should be communicated in advance of the program, no later than Wednesday, January 1st, 2020.

Webb Academy Check-in is from 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM on Friday, January 10, 2020. Please arrive at the hotel no later than 3:45 PM

Cost of Program

The cost of Webb Academy is offset by 2019-2020 National Dues & Fees – there are no additional registration fees for undergraduate officers.

Alumni Advisors can register for the program through mySigTau at a cost of $125.

The chapter is responsible for providing travel to and from the program.

HQ Staff will register newly elected officers for the program following the December 1 deadline for updating officer information in OmegaFi Vault.

Accommodations and Meals

Registration includes two nights in the hotel, five meals, and participant materials.

Feel free to bring a backpack or messenger bag to hold your materials.
Directors of Finance should bring their laptop.
