Fraternity Staff is in the process of finalizing a regional volunteer structure that will establish, build, and maintain relationships with regions. This structure will enhance and sustain the fraternal objectives as defined by the current Sigma Tau Gamma Strategic Plan and provide additional advising and chapter operations support. The structure will consist of six regions and will have one volunteer to serve as the primary point of contact for every five chapters located within each region. While the size of each regional volunteer base will vary based on the number of chapters within the region, each region will contain a Diversity & Inclusion Officer, who will be tasked with the responsibility of working with chapters to provide education and resources based on the need and experience of each chapter. Every region will also have a Foundation Officer who will be tasked with the responsibility of educating chapters about the opportunities available within the Sigma Tau Gamma Foundation to provide assistance with funding chapter educational opportunities.
