INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA – Sigma Tau Gamma Headquarters announces that Director of Foundation Operations Ashley Robbins, Alpha Xi Delta, is departing staff.

Ashley joined the HQ Staff in October 2019, bringing a wealth of knowledge in nonprofit communications, grant writing, fundraising events, and strategic giving campaigns.

Since 2019, she has helped Sigma Tau Gamma break giving records and has created multiple funds and campaigns that will be a part of Sigma Tau Gamma for years to come. She created the Noble Knight Chapter Challenge, advocated for the Sigma Tau Gamma Foundation to create its first-ever Emergency Fund, and brought donor recognition to a new level with the Sigma Tau Gamma Annual Report.

She has been a part of the largest #GivingTuesday and Founders Day Challenge campaigns in the organization’s history and has helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for Sigma Tau Gamma.

Chief Executive Officer Buz Barlow, UW – Oshkosh, says Ashley’s impact is evident in every aspect of the Sigma Tau Gamma Foundation.

“Ashley has helped usher in a new era for the Sigma Tau Gamma Foundation. Her attention to detail, the way she connects with donors, and how she advocates for the undergraduate experience are something every fundraising professional should aspire to. Her presence will be missed, but she will always be a part of the Sig Tau Family.”

A bittersweet moment for Ashley as she recognizes the bright future for the Noble Men of Sig Tau.

“My time with Sigma Tau Gamma has been invaluable. The members of this organization have welcomed me from day one, and I’m so proud of what the Foundation has achieved since I joined staff. I hope I’m leaving Sig Tau having made it a little better for future noble men.”

Ashley has accepted a role as the President of FIRST Indiana Robotics, an Indianapolis nonprofit that provides team-based robotics programs for students across Indiana. The organization promotes inclusion, collaboration, and inspiration for young people to become science and technology leaders and innovators.

Ashley’s last day is March 22, 2023.
