To help manage our properties, WPN National Housing Company, LLC (WPN) uses Buildium, an online property management software. Each resident of a WPN property has their own Buildium username and password to be able to access their account online. Buildium is the online resource for rent, meal plan, and parking payments, contract management, and work order requests. WPN residents will pay their housing expenses through Buildium and not OmegaFi/Vault. All other chapter and national fees will still be paid using mySigTau and OmegaFi.

Make life easier by downloading the Buildium Resident Center app on your phone! You can use the app to make payments, submit maintenance requests, and more. To download the app, residents can go to either the Apple App Store or Google Play and search for “Resident Center.” Buildium also provides a texting service for WPN Staff to communicate with tenants including rent payment reminders, maintenance updates, or emergency notification. Be sure to accept our invitation for this helpful service.
