In the spring of 2018, the Sigma Tau Gamma Headquarters including the Fraternity, Foundation, and WPN Housing Company officially moved to Indiana. Before relocating to Indiana, The Marvin Millsap Headquarters Building was built at the Sigma Tau Gamma founding site in Warrensburg, Missouri. The Headquarters building was completely funded by alumni gifts. Brother Marvin Millsap, Central Missouri ’27, became the namesake of the building after generously donating 40% of the building fund.

Chief Executive Officer

Addison Schopp

Truman State Chief Executive Officer

Brother Addison Schopp serves as the 9th Chief Executive Officer of Sigma Tau Gamma Fraternity, Foundation, and WPN Housing Company. He began his tenure on July 1, 2025.

In 2006, Addison was initiated into the Beta Chapter at Truman State University, where he studied Criminal Justice and Military Science. After graduating in 2008, he joined the Fraternity’s professional staff under 5th CEO Bill Bernier. Over six years of service, he visited nearly every active chapter and played a key role during a period of significant growth in membership, financial stability, and volunteer engagement. He has attended every Grand Conclave since joining the Fraternity.

Prior to serving as CEO, Addison spent nearly a decade in senior leadership roles at OmegaFi, a leading financial and technology provider for fraternal organizations. During this time, he also served as an advisor for the Epsilon Chi Chapter at Auburn University and was a member of the WPN National Housing Company Board of Managers.

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Addison is now based at the Fraternity Headquarters in Carmel, Indiana. Addison is charged with implementing the vision of the Fraternity Board of Directors, Foundation Board of Trustees, and WPN Housing Company Board of Managers. Together, they create the strategic plans, which the CEO then leads and supports the Headquarters Staff in executing. He is committed to ensuring Sigma Tau Gamma is a growing fraternity—with stable finances, a unique and compelling member experience, and great chapters.

Business Operations

Angela Sanders

Central Missouri, No Affiliation Chief Financial Officer

In December 2016, Angie Sanders joined the Headquarters Staff as the Director of Finance & Human Resources. Sanders graduated from the University of Central Missouri in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting. In 2006, she graduated with a Master of Arts Degree in Accountancy, with an emphasis in Systems and Auditing. Angie spent a few years in public accounting while obtaining her CPA license. In 2024, she began her role as Chief Financial Officer. Her primary duties include providing accurate and up-to-date financial information for the Fraternity, Foundation, and WPN Housing Company, as well as managing the Human Resources function at Sig Tau.

Lindsay Berg

Concordia University Member Support Specialist

Lindsay joined the Headquarters Staff in April 2019 as a Member Support Specialist. Her responsibilities include providing administrative support for the Fraternity, Housing Company, and Foundation. She serves as the first point of contact at Headquarters. Lindsay has worked in on the business side of healthcare and in procurement in the parking technology industry. She has an Associate Degree in Health Care Business Serves and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Health Care Administration. 

Fraternity Operations

Adam Kowalski

Bowling Green, Alpha Sigma Phi Chief Operating Officer

Adam Kowalski joined the Headquarters Staff in September 2016 as the Director of Membership Engagement & Growth. Adam transitioned to become the Director of Collegiate Services in 2017 and later into 2018 as Director of Fraternity Operations. Currently, as Chief Operations Officer, he oversees the collegiate experience, the Fraternity's recruitment and growth efforts, and works daily with our undergraduate members in the chapters. Adam attended Bowling Green State University where he graduated with a degree in Human Development and Family Studies and was initiated into Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity. He attended the University of South Florida and received his Master of Arts Degree in College Student Administration.

Angel Gonzales

Washington State Director of Programs & Housing Coordinator

Angel joined the Headquarters Staff in June 2016 as Recruitment & Growth Coordinator, where he led expansion efforts at the Lambda Chapter at Black Hills State and the Alpha Epsilon Chapter at Henderson State while supporting the Zeta Sigma Chapter at Colorado State's expansion project. Since then, he has served in several roles, including Associate Director of WPN Housing Operations, Associate Director of Alumni Engagement, and Member Wellness & Programming Manager. As Director of Programs & Housing Coordinator, he now leads national programs and initiatives on behalf of the Fraternity and Foundation while also returning to his work supporting the housing company. Angel earned his bachelor's degree from Washington State University.

Madison Wallace

Austin Peay, Alpha Delta Pi Director of Chapter Success

Madison joined the Headquarters Staff in December 2021 as the Assistant Director of Chapter Services and now serves as the Director of Chapter Success. In her role, she leads the Chapter Success team to work with chapters across the country to strengthen operations, develop student leaders, and enhance the overall fraternity experience. She is passionate about helping chapters build sustainable success through meaningful coaching, strategic support, and leadership development, empowering members to reach their full potential both during and beyond their collegiate experience. Madison earned her bachelor's degree from Austin Peay State University and her master's degree in Higher Education Administration from Auburn University. She is also a proud member of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority.

Madi Beaudoin

Austin Peay, Alpha Delta Pi Chapter Success Coordinator & Regional Manager

Madi joined the Headquarters Staff in the summer of 2025, taking on the role of Chapter Success Coordinator and Regional Manager. She works with chapters across the country to strengthen operations, foster growth, and support chapter leaders reach their goals. Madi graduated from Austin Peay State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and is a proud member of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority.

Jesse DeFrain

Central Missouri Chapter Success Coordinator & Regional Manager

Jesse DeFrain joined the Headquarters Staff in June 2026 as Chapter Success Coordinator and Regional Manager. He works alongside undergraduate chapters, advisors, and alumni to strengthen chapter operations, develop student leaders, and support long-term chapter success. Jesse is an alumnus of the Alpha Chapter of Sigma Tau Gamma, where he developed a passion for serving the Fraternity and supporting the undergraduate experience. He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master's in Human Development and Family Science from the University of Central Missouri.

Tyler Dowell

Missouri State Chapter Success Coordinator & Regional Manager

Tyler Dowell joined headquarters staff in June of 2026 as Chapter Success Coordinator and Regional Manager. He enjoys getting to work alongside student leaders, advisors, and alumni to strengthen recruitment and chapter success. Tyler is a Founding Father and alumnus from Omega Chapter of Sigma Tau Gamma. As an undergrad, he served as Director of Member and Community Engagement to develop member involvement and campus leadership amongst brothers. Tyler earned his bachelor’s degree in mass media from Missouri State University.

Jeremy Harrington

Central Missouri Director of Communications & SAGA Editor

Jeremy joined the Headquarters Staff in May of 2016. He was initiated into the Alpha Chapter at the University of Central Missouri where he received his bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. As Director of Communications & SAGA Editor, Jeremy oversees communications and creative strategy, blending design with noble storytelling to strengthen Sigma Tau Gamma’s brand. He ensures all digital and print materials adhere to the brand standards of the Fraternity, Foundation, and WPN Housing Company.

Brooke Cunningham

Pittsburg State, Sigma Sigma Sigma Annual Fund & Communications Coordinator

Brooke joined the Headquarters Staff in March 2025 as a Communications Specialist before transitioning into her current role as the Annual Fund and Communications Coordinator. In this dual position, she supports the Foundation’s fundraising efforts while developing key communication initiatives across the Fraternity. Brooke focuses on enhancing donor engagement through annual giving campaigns and works to build long-term support for the Foundation. She oversees all Foundation communications and contributes to other Fraternity communications, including social media, and SAGA feature stories. Brooke received her undergraduate degree from Pittsburg State University in Business Management. Additionally, she is a member of Sigma Sigma Sigma Sorority.

Foundation

Michael Matznick

Illinois State University Director of Brotherhood Giving

Mike joined the Headquarters Staff in August of 2024. In his current role, he will be working with alumni and the Foundation Board of Trustees, to encourage alumni to support our undergraduates. He is a 1976 graduate of Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois, and an alumnus from Gamma Psi Chapter. His first job after graduation was with the Fraternity as a Chapter Services Director from 1976 to 1980. He was recruited by Brother Ron Erickson to start an insurance career in 1980, from which he recently retired after 44 years. Mike will be meeting with alumni around the country to explain how we currently support our Brothers and the “vision” for future support and the resources needed.
