Connor McQuiston Departs Staff
CARMEL, INDIANA – Last month, we said farewell to Brother Connor McQuiston, Penn State Behrend ’21, as he concluded his time on Headquarters Staff.
Connor’s impact can be measured not only in numbers, but in the relationships he built. He coached 17 chapters throughout his time with Sigma Tau Gamma, helping collegiate members navigate challenges and achieve success. He invested three weeks on-site with our Alpha Omega Chapter at Missouri University of Science and Technology, working side-by-side with members to improve recruitment, strengthen brotherhood, and build a foundation for future growth. His willingness to invest his time and energy into our chapters made a lasting difference.

“Getting to work alongside Connor was truly a joy. His positive energy, creativity, and enthusiasm made a lasting impact on our team and the people around him. Connor had a remarkable ability to connect with others, and his genuine care for people, especially the members of Sigma Tau Gamma, was evident in everything he did. Whether he was sharing a new idea, offering support, or simply showing up with a smile, he made those around him better. We are grateful for the time, talent, and heart he brought to our organization.”
— Madison Wallace, Director of Chapter Success
We are grateful for the legacy he leaves behind and look forward to all he will achieve in the years ahead!
