Warrensburg, MO – Sigma Tau Gamma proudly announces the addition of Josh Marshall, Central Missouri to the Headquarters Staff. Marshall worked on the HQ Staff in a variety of different roles from June 2015 – December 2016, as an undergraduate student while attending the University of Central Missouri.

“I am ecstatic to be back on the HQ team and excited to get the opportunity to groom the next generation of Noble Men,” Marshall said. “I look forward to this great opportunity and the awesome Recruitment & Growth team I get to be a part of.”

Marshall began his journey at HQ in 2015 as a Summer intern. He then became a part-time Recruitment & Growth Coordinator. Upon graduating the University of Central Missouri with an economics degree in December 2016, Marshall spent some time in sales and marketing.

Chief Executive Officer Steve Latour said, “We met in 2014 while he was serving as Chapter President of Alpha Chapter. I knew then that this was a guy with great focus, spirit, and drive. I am excited to have him back on staff as a full-time employee and know that he will be well received by our members and potential members. He’s going to do a great job for us.”

Marshall now joins the HQ Staff as a full-time Recruitment & Growth Coordinator. His primary responsibilities will be assisting with expansions and supporting recruitment efforts.

“I’m thrilled that Josh will be rejoining the Headquarters Staff! Josh has an innate ability to relate to people and can make friends with anyone, Director of Recruitment & Growth, Dean Anderson, said. “I don’t think that he’ll have any problem recruiting men for new chapters and getting them excited about Sig Tau!”

Marshall’s first day was September 11th.
