Kearney Departs Staff After Revitalizing Sig Tau Recruitment Experience

Published on December 21, 2021 in News

INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA – Sigma Tau Gamma Headquarters announces that Recruitment & Growth Coordinator Zack Kearney, UNC Charlotte, has departed from the Fraternity Staff.

Zack joined the HQ Staff in January of 2020. He served as a part of the recruitment & growth team, creating recruitment resources, coaching chapters on recruitment best practices, and recruiting the next generation of noble men during expansion efforts.

“It meant the world to me to work for Headquarters and have a chance to spend time with wiser brothers and pass that wisdom along to our newest undergraduate members. Seeing the newest recruits and aspiring Sig Tau leaders at our national programs was always something I looked forward to,” Zack said. “I knew recruitment was the best way I could support our chapters, and I’m glad I was able to do that for an organization that has given me so much.”

Director of Fraternity Operations Adam Kowalski said Sig Tau and the future of recruitment are better because of Zack.

“Having Zack on staff was an awesome experience to be a part of. His love and excitement for being a Sig Tau are unmatched, and he always strived to help every chapter, no matter the circumstance. I know that this organization is better because of the dedication he gave as a staff member.”

Zack’s last day was December 17, 2021.
