For alumni, recruitment takes on a different but equally important role. Sharing your Sigma Tau Gamma story, mentoring collegiate members, recommending potential recruits, or simply encouraging a young man to explore fraternity life can have a lasting impact. Every conversation helps strengthen the future of our organization.

Recruitment doesn’t belong to one officer or one committee. It belongs to every brother who believes in what Sigma Tau Gamma has to offer.

Let Data Guide the Way

Relationships will always be at the heart of recruitment, but relationships become stronger when they’re supported by good information. For our undergraduate chapters, recruitment data provides valuable insight into where opportunities exist. Tracking leads, documenting conversations, and reviewing recruitment metrics help chapters move beyond assumptions and make informed decisions.

Ask questions like:

• Are we building enough relationships to reach our goals?
• Where are our strongest leads coming from?
• Are we consistently following up with potential members?
• Is every brother contributing to recruitment?

There Is No Offseason

Summer offers opportunities to connect with incoming students, stay in touch with potential members, and strengthen relationships within the chapter.
