The Digital Classroom guides you step by step on how to recruit. You start by discussing the fundamentals and recruitment philosophy and end by getting a fresh view on how to recruit digitally in a COVID19 present world.
Recruitment & Growth Coordinator Zack Kearney, UNC Charlotte, cannot say enough about how the Digital Classroom will help Sig Tau recruit like never before.
“I thought I knew everything there was to know about recruitment. The Digital Classroom showed me how wrong I was for thinking that way. This is a true game-changer for recruitment, especially during the impact of COVID-19. My first time through the modules, I ended up taking 12 pages of notes of new things that I learned.”
Upon completion of the Digital Classroom, every brother will receive a certificate and be a certified Phired Up Recruiter.
