Published on March 31, 2020 in News

TAHLEQUAH, OK ā€“ Sigma Tau Gamma Headquarters has learned that Brother Elijah Wrigley, Northeastern State, entered Chapter Eternal on Thursday, March 26, 2020. His brothers described him as “… the definition of a Noble Man”.

Elijah was a freshman at Northeastern State University studying accounting and finance. He was initiated into the Zeta Associate Chapter in the fall of 2019. Elijah served his chapter as the Alumni Relations Coordinator. Involved in the NSU community, Elijah was also a member of the Impressions Dance Company, on the staff of NSU’s Rookie Bridge Camp, and on the Dean’s List.

Chapter brothers expressed admiration for Elijah in a tribute to their brother on social media saying,  “Youā€™ve made an impact on every brother in this Fraternity one way or another. You have exemplified Excellence in every single thing you did, your work ethic was by far greater than anything weā€™ve ever witnessed. We thank God for allowing us to have the short time we got to spend with you, we learned a lot what it means to be a great man for Christ. Your legacy will live on, We love you brother.”

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Wrigley family, their loved ones, the NSU community, and our Brothers of the Zeta Associate Chapter. Headquarters is working with chapter leadership, local alumni, and campus administration to provide additional support and access to resources for our members.
