Zeta Phi Associate Chapter Installed
WARRENSBURG, MISSOURI – On October 27, 2017, The Zeta Phi Associate Chapter was installed at Carroll University. Two days later on October 29, Sig Tau welcomed the founding class of the Zeta Phi Associate Chapter at Carroll University to the ranks of Sig Tau brothers. Twenty-two men were initiated into the Fraternity.
“It really was a great opportunity to see chapters come together to welcome another Wisconsin school,” Recruitment and Growth Coordinator, Joey Haire, Winona State said. Not only were men from both the Kappa Chapter at UW – Whitewater, and the Beta Kappa Chapter at UW – La Crosse in attendance, but other members of the Carroll Greek community were in attendance as well.
Also sharing a part of the excitement of the new chapter was WPN Housing Company Chairman and Society of Seventeen Inductee Buz Barlow, UW – Oshkosh. Brother Barlow had the opportunity to initiate his son, Matt Barlow, Carroll as an Alumni Member of the Zeta Phi Associate Chapter. Matt graduated from Carroll in 2012.
Chapter President, Luke Dietzen, Carroll shared his excitement for the Fraternity and the excitement of having a legacy as a Founding Father.
“Being a Founding Father of a new Fraternity on campus is unique, it’s an opportunity that doesn’t come around often,” Dietzen said. “And having and leaving a legacy on a campus with a rich history of Greek life is exciting!”
We cannot wait to see what lies ahead for the Zeta Phi Associate Chapter as they begin to build noble generations of men at Carroll.
