INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA – Sigma Tau Gamma Headquarters is pleased to announce the addition of Kayla Hagerty to the HQ Staff. Kayla joins as the Director of WPN Housing Operations.
“I’m humbled and excited to join Sig Tau & the WPN family. My personal and professional passions are both in higher education housing and the Greek community so this is an incredible honor to combine not only my passion areas as well as to further the purpose of Sig Tau in endeavoring forward through fraternity housing,” Kayla said. “I look forward to working with and supporting the men of Sigma Tau Gamma!”
Kayla received her bachelor’s degree in Hospitality & Food Management from Ball State University. During her undergraduate years, she served as a resident assistant for two years and was an active member of Sigma Kappa Sorority. In 2013, she earned her Masters of Education in College Student Affairs from Eastern Illinois University.
Kayla most recently served as the Property Manager for Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity Housing Corporation for the past two years, where she oversaw 17 properties. Her past experiences include professional and graduate work at four different universities, serving as a University Housing professional at Ball State University, and an advisor for Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity.
“I am excited to welcome Kayla to the Sigma Tau Gamma Headquarters staff,” COO and Interim CEO, Vanessa Ryan said. “Her professional background and experience in student affairs and Greek housing will be such an asset to WPN Housing Company as the company continues to grow, serve our members, and enhance the housing experience for our chapters.”
Kayla’s first day was July 16, 2018.
