WPN is managed by a dedicated team of professional staff members working to ensure the property is maintained to provide quality, safe, and affordable chapter housing for undergraduate members of Sigma Tau Gamma. WPN properties will benefit from an exclusive catalog of resources and documents to assist the chapter in operating their day-to-day house operations, move-in, move-out, hosting events on property, risk mitigation related to the facility, house occupancy, and more. 

Monthly rent payment covers many expenses of personal space in the chapter facility including utilities and free access to washers and dryers. Plus, the memories made while living in the chapter house with your brothers will be invaluable! We often hear from alumni some of their best memories are from living in the chapter house together.
