Sigma Tau Gamma Calls Brothers to Celebrate February 26th

Published on February 10, 2026 in News

CARMEL, INDIANA – Every year, Sigma Tau Gamma celebrates one day that’s less about tradition and more about connection. On February 26, brothers across the country celebrate Fellowship Day, a moment set aside to remember what truly binds us together: the relationships, values, and shared experiences that define Sigma Tau Gamma.

While Founders Day honors where we came from, Fellowship Day focuses on where we are currently. Created specifically for the academic year, Fellowship Day gives undergraduate members the chance to reflect as a chapter, while inviting alumni to reconnect with the Fraternity and with one another.

Fellowship Day is about meaningful connection. There is no single way to celebrate, but what matters is taking time to engage with the brotherhood in a way that feels genuine.

Ways to Celebrate Fellowship Day

  • Reaching out to a brother you haven’t talked to in a while
  • Sharing a meal, coffee, or conversation
  • Checking in with a chapter advisor or mentor who left a lasting impact
  • Connecting virtually or in person with a fellow brother
  • Taking a moment to reflect on how Sigma Tau Gamma has shaped your leadership and values
  • Gathering as a chapter for a fellowship event
    • Hosting a chapter dinner
    • Planning a brotherhood event
    • Gathering for a meeting to have an open discussion or reflection centered on brotherhood

Fellowship Day also marks the birthday of Sigma Tau Gamma’s first chapter advisor, Wilson C. Morris, Alpha ’20, highlighting the lasting importance of mentorship within the Fraternity. Advisors, volunteers, and mentors continue to guide undergraduate members and help chapters grow, reinforcing the bonds that make Sigma Tau Gamma strong.

As February 26 approaches, Fellowship Day invites everyone connected to Sigma Tau Gamma to take part in this shared moment. Fellowship Day is a reminder that our Fraternity is built on relationships that endure and a brotherhood that continues to grow through connection.
