“I am unbelievably excited to join the Sigma Tau Gamma HQ staff and take on this role as the Director of Foundation Operations,” Ashley said. “There’s a passion and a momentum around this organization that makes you want to be a part of it. Michael will be a strong addition to the Foundation and I think we make a dynamic team. I’m looking forward to diving in and seeing how we can impact and support the mission and ideals of Sig Tau.”
Michael Priolo, Buffalo, is transitioning into a new role of Major Gifts Officer. Currently, Michael is a Recruitment & Growth Coordinator on the Fraternity Operations team; a role he has served in for nearly two years. Michael has lead the expansion projects at Texas Tech, Northeastern State, Wisconsin – Madison, and partnered on the expansions of Ohio State, Colorado – Boulder, and Maryland. Michael is passionate about Sig Tau, dedicated to the growth of the Foundation, and experienced in relationship-building to move the organization forward.
“Having been a member of Sigma Tau Gamma since I was eighteen and serving the last near two years as a Recruitment & Growth Coordinator, I am thrilled with my next step within the Fraternity. I have seen the possibilities and opportunities that are offered within our organization, both on a personal level as a member, and through the development of the young men who answer the call of a Founding Father,” Michael said. “As our Fraternity has grown over the years, so has the needs of our membership. Within my new position, I am honored and optimistic that we will continue to support the Fraternity in great ways. With the help of our past, present, and future members, Sigma Tau Gamma will continue to be a Fraternity that always endeavors forward, both at the end of our first century, and the beginning of our next.”
“The addition of Ashley and the transition of Michael will make for a dynamic team and will be the corner pieces for the continued success of the Sigma Tau Gamma Foundation.” Chief Executive Officer Vanessa Ryan said. “I am excited to see the work both Ashley and Michael will put in to grow the Foundation and to see how their efforts will shape Sigma Tau Gamma for future generations.”
Ashley’s first day on Staff was October 28, and Michael will transition into his new role on November 4.
