Full Registration (Thursday – Sunday) $550.00
This includes Welcome to Charlotte Reception on Thursday, Friday breakfast, Friday lunch, Saturday Breakfast, Saturday Lunch, Saturday Chain of Honor Awards Banquet, and all program materials.
Saturday Registration $300.00
This includes Saturday Breakfast, Saturday Lunch, Saturday Chain of Honor Awards Banquet, and all program materials.
Chain of Honor Awards Banquet $125.00
This includes the Chain of Honor Awards Banquet and all program materials.

Designed for undergraduate and alumni brothers interested in levelling-up their personal and professional skills while working collaboratively with fellow attendees.

All Alumni and Friends of Sig Tau are responsible for making their own reservation at the UNC Charlotte Marriott Hotel & Conference Center. Hotel reservations after May 20, cannot be guaranteed. Please consider booking reservations early.

UNDERGRADUATE REGISTRATION

Payment
All conference registration fees were billed to the chapter’s account via OmegaFi Vault on January 19, 2026. All delegate and additional undergraduate attendee registrations must be submitted by April 15. All conference registration fees are due by June 1.
Chapter Delegate
A chapter delegate will serve as a voting member on behalf of their chapter during the House of Delegates at Grand Conclave Charlotte. Every chapter is required to send a minimum of two (2) delegates. Chapters having a total initiated collegiate membership of thirty-nine (39) or fewer members shall register two (2) delegates, and forty (40) or more members shall register three (3) delegates.

Ways to Save on Registration
Chapter Fund Available Balance
Chapter Fund Reports were posted this semester to the chapter’s OmegaFi Vault account and have also been emailed to executive cabinet members. If you would like to apply to use your Chapter Fund, you can apply below.
Please note: Grants from your Chapter Fund will be applied as reimbursement of program registration and travel costs. Grants may be used for travel but not incidental expenses during the program. Grant dollars will be forfeited if registered attendees do not show up for the program or leave early.
Chapter Fund Grant Application
University Funds
Begin inquiring now with your university’s Student Government Association, Greek Life Council, Campus Activities Board, etc. about leadership funds that may be available to support sending your chapter to Grand Conclave Charlotte. We recommend exhausting all university funds prior to utilizing your chapter fund.
Replacements
If you are no longer able to attend and wish to send someone else in your chapter as a replacement, you may submit that request using the Undergraduate Replacement Registration Form. Replacement submissions must be received by June 1.
Hotel Information
Undergraduate hotel accommodations are included in the cost of registration. Fraternity Headquarters Staff will book all undergraduate hotel reservations. Hotel reservations after April 15, cannot be guaranteed. Please consider registering early.

Cancellations
If you must cancel your registration, you can do so and receive a 100% refund on registration fees if you cancel by June 1. If you cancel your registration after June 1, your fees are non-refundable. To cancel a registration, please send an email to noblemen@sigtau.org.
