New Faces to Headquarters Staff
Sigma Tau Gamma Headquarters has the pleasure of adding several new staff members to the team!
Jeremy Harrington
Jeremy Harrington was hired in May to fill the graphic designer and visual communications coordinator position. Jeremy attended the University of Central Missouri, graduating in May of 2016 with a degree in graphic design.
We are already starting to see the impact of having a graphic designer on staff,” Sigma Tau Gamma Chief Executive Officer Steve Latour said. “Being able to have someone on staff who has that creative process will be beneficial for all facets of Sigma Tau Gamma.

Angel Gonzales
Angel Gonzales is joining staff as a new Recruitment and Growth Coordinator. Gonzales Graduated in May of 2016 from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from the Edward R. Murrow College of Communication.
Angel is a founding father and was instrumental in getting the chapter to a place where they are chartering this fall,” Chief Executive Officer Steve Latour said.  “I know he will transfer that energy and effort to headquarters to help continue to grow Sig Tau.
Angel’s first day was July 14, 2016
Victor Ugarte
Victor Ugarte is joining staff as a new Recruitment and Growth Coordinator. Ugarte Graduated in May of 2015. Ugarte graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Secondary Education History. Ugarte was a founding father at the re-established Gamma Zeta Chapter, where he served at chapter president and later alumni adviser after his graduation.
I am very excited for Victor to join staff,” Chief Executive Officer Steve Latour said. “He helped grow his local chapter as a founding father, and now he will do that for us on a national level.
Victor’s first day was July 1, 2016.
Kayley French Ward
Kayley French Ward joins headquarter staff as the new Administrative Assistant. Kayley is from Tuscaloosa, Alabama where she attended the University of Alabama and earned a degree in social work. While on staff, she is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Social Work.
We have to be known by our members for our customer experience here at headquarters and she is the first person people will interact with,” Latour said. “She will help enhance our business operations and help day to day activities run smoothly.
Kayley’s first day was June 1, 2016
Greg Ward
Greg Ward started in May as the new Associate Director of Communications. He graduated from the University of Alabama in May of 2016, double majoring in journalism and political science.
I am excited to be joining headquarters staff. I hope my unique skill set will bring value to the staff while pushing me to be better.” Ward said.
He has written for eight different publications including magazines, newspapers, broadcast and online outlets.
When I met Greg at Alabama, I knew he understood the big picture and the role communication will play in moving the fraternity forward,” Latour said.  “Bringing in someone from Alabama, a flagship institution, brings a whole new level of experience to the headquarters team.
Greg’s first day was June 1, 2016.
