New Regional Structure Announced

INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA – Sigma Tau Gamma Headquarters is proud to announce a new regional structure to help enhance the brotherhood experience and create an additional layer of support for undergraduate chapters.

The new design of the regional structure was unveiled to chapter leaders at the Earl A. Webb Academy of Principled Leaders in January and provided those in attendance a glimpse of what to expect. It will provide an added layer of support for chapters and local advisors and allows for new opportunities to engage alumni across the country who may have taken some time away from the fraternity or want to impact the undergraduate experience. The composition of each regional volunteer team is as follows:

  • Regional Director
  • Regional Diversity & Inclusion Officer
  • Regional Foundation Officer
  • Regional Chapter Coach (one coach per five chapters)

β€œThis structure will establish, build, and maintain relationships with undergraduates and alumni within and across regions to enhance and sustain fraternal objectives,” Director of Fraternity Operations Adam Kowalski said. β€œI am excited to see how this transforms the level of support for our chapters and the opportunity to engage alumni in a new way.”

The structure consists of six (6) regions and have been aligned based on geography. As the organization continues to grow and expand to new campuses, regions will be reviewed and realigned as needed. Regional structure positions continue to be filled, with officer training beginning later this month and continuing through the summer. The new regional structure will be fully operational by fall 2021.
