Sig Tau takes the mental health of our members seriously; it is our obligation to help members overcome any mental obstacles they may have. Have you, a brother or a friend, been feeling stressed, anxious, sad, irritable or unfocused lately? You are not alone. While these feelings may seem reasonable, they may require help to overcome.

If you are experiencing emotional difficulties and would like to speak with someone, you may want to talk to your resident assistant about the counseling services offered on your campus. Below we have provided the website and phone numbers for the counseling centers on every campus that hosts a Sig Tau Chapter.
