INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA – In less than one month, nearly 400 brothers from Sig Tau chapters across the country will be heading to Indianapolis, Indiana to attend the Earl A. Webb Academy of Leadership. Webb Academy is an annual program, held in January designed to bring together undergraduates in the roles of chapter President, Director of Recruitment, Director of Finance & Operations, and Director of Member & Community Engagement.

Webb Academy provides the time and space to become more effective leaders, develop personal and officer goals and design a framework for chapter success.

The curriculum includes reviewing standard chapter operating expectations and networking with top university professionals, Fraternity volunteers, and Headquarters Staff. This three-day program of intense leadership training and networking with other undergraduate officers concentrates on personal and chapter leadership.

There are opportunities for you to support our young leaders in their participation at Webb Academy through event sponsorships that will be applied directly to the chapter and relieve the expense from their budget or serve as reimbursement for travel expenses. All you have to do is click the donate button in the yellow bar at the top of the page.

The Fraternity’s greatest need is for unrestricted sponsorships that support all chapters and the new associate chapters. However, if you prefer that the Sig Tau Foundation use your gift for a specific chapter, please indicate your intentions in the notes section of the online giving form. If no student from your preferred chapter registers, we will assign your sponsorship to another deserving new member.
