CREDENTIALS COMMITTEE PROPOSALS
Delegate Recommended Credentials
1. The Chapter must be in good standing with Sigma Tau Gamma Headquarters.
2. The Chapter must have all reports on file and up to date with Headquarters by May 31, 2024.
3. The Chapter must have paid all Grand Conclave registration fees by May 31, 2024.
4. The Chapter, if failing to meet the May 31 finance deadline, must be on a Headquarters Staff approved repayment agreement by June 1, 2024 and have paid 50% of the June, 2024 payment by June 20, 2024, with the expectation that the remaining 50% is paid by July 1, 2024.
Proposed Alumni Association/Alumni Chapter Credentials
1. The Alumni Association/Chapter must have paid the 2023 – 2024 national fees by May 31, 2024.
2. The Alumni Association/Chapter must be in good standing with Sigma Tau Gamma Headquarters.
CONSTITUTION AND LAWS COMMITTEE PROPOSALS
- A proposed amendment to the Constitution related to the deadline for submitting
amendments. (Proposal 24.01) – submitted by the Board of Directors

- A proposed Resolution Adopting Standing Rules and Procedures for the conduct of
the House of Delegates (Proposal 24.03) (this proposed resolution is only
considered if Proposal 24.02 is adopted by the House of Delegates)
Proposal 24.03 – Resolution to Adopt Standing Rules
- A proposal to make technical amendments and corrections to the Constitution
(Proposal 24.04) – submitted by the Board of Directors
Proposal 24.04 – Constitution Technical Amendments
- Proposed Amendments to the Laws to update the date and timing of the Call to the
House of Delegate (Proposal 24.05) – submitted by the Board of Directors
Proposal 24.05 – Updated Call to House of Delegates Procedures
- A proposal to make technical amendments and corrections to the Laws (Proposal
24.06) – submitted by the Board of Directors of the House of Delegates.
